In general, our EvHub allows users to rest, purchase snacks, and squeeze in some work all in the same place. That is something our competitors simply do not have. Moreover, we have a significant edge over our competitors when it comes to sustainability. Everything in the hub - from the building materials to the solar roof to the shape of the building (for wind redirection and less reliance on HVAC) - was structured meticulously to ensure that our building promotes sustainability practices and satisfies our users.
