  • Adjust the view range of the Second Floor plan view to explore the effects.
    • Move the cut plane to 5'-0". This higher elevation will make the features of the loft wall visible in the plan.
    • Move the cut plane to 7'-0". When set to this elevation, the doors cannot be seen.
    • Return the cut plane to the default elevation of 4'-0".
    • Change the view depth to Level Below (First Floor). With this setting, objects placed on the first floor level are also visible in this view.
  • Adjust the underlay settings for the Second Floor plan view to explore the effects.
    • Set the detail level to be Fine
    • Set the underlay to display the furniture on the first floor level:
    • Range: Base Level to First Floor
    • Range: Top Level to Second Floor
    • Underlay Orientation to Look down
  • Set the underlay to display the ground plane on the first floor level:
    • Range: Base Level to First Floor
    • Range: Top Level to Unbounded
    • Underlay Orientation to Look down
  • Set the underlay to display the outline of the Roof:
    • Range: Base Level to Roof
    • Range: Top Level to Unbounded
    • Underlay Orientation to Look down
  • Set the underlay to display the ceiling of the Second Floor:
    • Range: Base Level to Second Floor
    • Range: Top Level to Unbounded
    • Underlay Orientation to Look up
