Create a view of the residence and studio displaying accurate shadows during the summer

Select the Exterior View under 3D Views and name it Exterior View - Summer
Adjust the sun setting options:

Choose the Still option for the solar study.
Set the location to be Palo Alto, CA.
Set the date to July 1st and the time to 10:00 AM.
Click the Shadows On button to display the shadows

When you have completed this step, your model should look like this:

Copy the same view and name it Exterior View - Winter
Adjust the sun setting options:

Choose the Still option for the solar study.
Set the location to be Palo Alto, CA.
Set the date to December 1st and the time to 11:00 AM.
Click the Shadows On button to display the shadows

When you have completed this step, your model should look like this:
