Description
My designed was based on optimizing easy accessibility to the other utility rooms in the building. The bathroom was located in the entrance to provide enough ventilation and reduce alternative air conditioning systems. The storage unit is located on the east side to create a long corridor with shelves along the side. In addition, the work area is in the center of the building to have access to bathroom, storage, and conference room. The conference room is private and located between two walls. Through large windows, I optimized sunlight into the room to create a vibrant area to have meetings or use as an alternate work space.
