Composite Character 1 (Mom)

• Mom
• Always running around, driving places
• Has two kids
• Commuting to work takes up a lot of time out of her day
• Commuting to work with a train would save a lot of time
• Does care about using a more sustainable transportation
• Currently works remotely

Composite Character 2 (Dad)

• Dad
• Has two kids
• Big part of day is commuting to work 2hrs to and from
• Will sometimes us a bus to commute to work, sustainable behavior
• Would save a lot of time if used a train, could get work done on train
• However, does like to drive around in free with kids
• Does care about a more sustainable transportation
• wants to commute to work less

Composite Character 3 (Friend)

• Teenager
• Owns her own car
• Loves driving around to school, work, and in free time
• Using a train seems more reliable and cares that it is more sustainable than driving around everywhere
• Grew up with parents telling her to drive around

• Big part of her life is working, commuting to work most days of the week
• Driving around a lot can be very tiring for her
