Vitto’s CCP

The grinder

The grinder does not care about his mental/physical health since he prioritizes studying and work before anything else. Not aware/ mindful of the risks of burnouts. Does not take breaks because he would lose focus. A good work-life balance and an holistic well-being comes after full grades.

The good work-life balance seeker

The good work-life balance seeker values his social life/mental health/ hobbies and interests but cannot find time for it as he feels overwhelmed and oppressed by workload. He has tendencies to over-worry and overstress about his homework. His own feelings and anxiety hold him back from enjoying life.

The lazy one

The lazy one struggles to get his work done as he lacks effective studying methodology and generally does not really commit to work. Would like to achieve better grades but do not really know how to study. Generally not stressed but aware that he should be doing more
