They have been using the shuttle service to explore different areas of the campus with ease. Thoughts on Bus: While the shuttle service served its purpose and facilitated their college tour, he and his family didn't find it exceptionally remarkable or or special . It was a standard mode of transportation that adequately met their needs, but it didn't leave a lasting impression or provide any particular pleasures or comfort during their visit. tourist 4 :

Age: Late 30s

Background: a visitor from Morocco, is on a short vacation and he want to explore Stanford University. He wants to make the most of his time on campus and discover its unique attractions.

Purpose: Enjoying a short vacation and experiencing Stanford's charm.

Transportation: he has been using a rented electric scooter to get around the campus efficiently, finding it fun and convenient for exploring Stanford.

Thoughts on Bus Stops: he expressed his dissatisfaction with the bus stops at Stanford. He found them to be hard to see, with no clear signs or maps indicating their locations. The lack of shade and seating at the stops made waiting uncomfortable, especially in the hot sun. As a tourist unfamiliar with the campus layout, he had difficulty finding the right bus stops for easy navigation. Moreover, the absence of real-time bus information added to his frustration as he had no idea when the next bus would arrive. he strongly believes that implementing better signs, amenities, and providing digital display or an app to track , clarify and answer etc .. would significantly enhance the visitor experience, making the buses more user-friendly and appealing for tourists like him.
