What separates it from charging in a shopping center
You have a good amount of facilities don’t add to much (Not all fast food)
Maybe one Café, not very fond of fast food
Make sure facilities are clean and sanitary especially for the child play area.
What types of food sold?
Size of facility is just enough.
Place parking spots on the outside with chargers.
Put the food court closer to the childcare area rather than the bathrooms.
You don’t need as many gyms as you have.
Would never go to the gym on a long trip.
A sort of exhibition of new tech would be nice since the people using it will be early adopters.
Likes outdoor seating and childcare area
Should be a bigger area. 50-55 feet.
Multiple bathrooms.
Prefer an entertainment area - should not all just be about work or gym or yoga

Yes I would pay a 5-10 $ subscription monthly
- would not pay for it if it was 50 or greater a month
If you add the extra things mentioned would pay $50 a month (discount for charging included)
I wouldn’t want to pay, make it included with the cost of charging.
Depending if you have an EV or if you travel a lot then you would bus a subscription.
I wouldn't use a subscription model. It would be better to pay as you use.
What would you want to do at a stop:
Play basketball
Go to the gym
Movie theater
Shops - for necessities, maybe clothing
Art to look at
Reading nook / library
Study hub
Nap time area / massage chair
Pet area
Sitting area
Restaurant (certain fast food chains or healthy food like salads)
Arcade / ping pong
What would you need to feel more safe in the place:
Not everyone could walk in, just the people charging their car at the time
Maybe walk through security screening
Make all the outer part glass so can see to where kids are.
