The material I choose is steel, and I use W10x49 column and W12x26 as beams.
The most challenging part is that I have a huge outdoor space to manage. And how to trade-off the space and the columns to carry the whole terrace is really sticky.
Also my stairs and elevators are moved a little bit to allow the structural columns and beams to put in.
