Description
This cylindrical design for TwitBook attempts to integrate greenery and natural views into the space to allow for the best kinds of creativity and collaboration. The building features a main “Outer Loop” where the offices and main areas of the building will be and an “Inner Tower” where the key amenities and community space would be held. Curtain wall spanning all levels brings ample amounts of natural light to all areas of the building. Connecting the Outer Loop with the Inner Tower are three corridors - open air on the first floor and enclosed on the second and third floors. This allows for occupants to enjoy the greenery and local weather while still being within the grounds. The Inner Tower extends upwards above the roof level in order to increase the amount of light and views that can be seen in the space. For entrances, this structure has one main entrance with a second floor outlook and two smaller entrances spaced around the outer loop. Light, nature, and openness is what is driving the design of this space to inspire employees to create and innovate.
