My design consists of 12 stories (plus an accessible roof) and about 128,000 SF of floor space. Major features of my design are it's green elements: green terracing as well as a green roof.

I wanted to create the illusion of twisting. I designed circular wells in each level that climb up the tower like a staircase, juxtaposing the otherwise glass exterior. In each of these wells, occupants have access to an outdoor green area.
