Description

My model features a tiered design using the roofs of lower levels as outdoor spaces. The first floor holds a makerspace, research center, and plenty of storage and room for printer, and copier. The second floor features a large deck and cafe as well as a glass sky bridge connecting the renovated portion of the building. On the third floor is a mini gallery and art studios for many different artistic mediums.
