My initial approach for this assignment was to obtain a cost related to the height of the building, for this I started by comparing the floor area cost against the facade area cost, because I considered them two of the most important costs of a project. After that I created a multiplication code block after the Element.GetParameterValueByName code block and multiply it by a local comercial reference. After that I make an average between the two parameters and obtained the construction cost for a building. The I divided the cost by the height of the building, resulting in the best alternatives for the project. In addition I calculated the solar insolation.
I recommended the rank 1 building. Because it has the lowest construction cost per meter high.
