There are small buttons around campus that have an audio in them that kids can go around scavenging to find them. The buttons will have sound that can talk about what significance the specific place has, some cool fact and something about the environment and sustainability and a hint for where the next button is. This would make campus more interesting for children and also adults that want to hear more about campus. Collect letters, descramble them to make a word fitting into a category given at one of the pins to win a free icecream.
Example: “Congratulations you have found one of our stanford sidequest sound-pins at spot 412 Hoover tower! Scan the QR code on the side of the pin to add it to your online pin collection. Did you know that the tower was hit by lightning once in December 1970, destroying the 300-pound concrete top and sending pieces flying up to 50 feet in the air. Embark on this great adventure with us to find the next sound-pins so you can get a free ice cream at decadence and hear more interesting fact about secret spots on campus. Here is your next hint: I am hiding near the water, on something big and red i see a GREEN building.” For more information visit StanfordSidequests.edu”
