Testers were asked on their willingness to use the dedicated website over a basic google search, whether they would use the AI feature, and whether or not they would be comfortable using the video hotline

Testers said that the AI Diagnostic feature was sufficient added utility to use the website over google

Testers said that they would use the AI feature

Testers were overall comfortable with using the hotline, but they would like the addition of a human chat feature
