On the first floor of the building, there are multiple exits located on the South, East, North and West. A cafe and dining area are at the entrance of the building. An atrium is at the centre of the building. Furthermore, solar panel is installed on the roof of the building to meet the energy-efficient building goal.

Level 1 Floor Plan

on the first floor of the building, the building has 2 public restrooms, 10 offices, 2 meeting rooms, 1 mechanical room, and two elevators. On both sides of the building, it has stairs. On the right side of the building, there is an open-space stair that connects the entrance to the second floor of the building.

On the second floor of the building, 6 offices, 2 restrooms, 2 elevators, 2 meeting room and a tea room is installed.

The same as the second floor, the third floor also has 6 offices, 2 restrooms, 2 elevators, 2 meeting rooms and a tea room.

Roof Floor Plan

On the roof of the building, the solar panel is installed. The rest of the roof can be installed as a green roof.
