• Wall: Basic walls (west + east + north)+ Exterior Glazing (east) to ensure the full utilization of natural light and good thermal resistance properties as well as prevent “green house” effect given the high temperature of the location

• Roof: Green roof + Basic Roof: to ensure the good thermal coefficient/recreation

• the openings/glazed surfaces
• windows and/or curtain walls
• Curtain Wall (east) , + fixed windows (west + south + north): Natural ventilation as well as good light transmittance

• doors: accessible to each room
• any shading or sun control features
• roof overhead + customized mullion (curtain wall face north): enough shading from the sunlight especially at noon in summer.
