During the supply duct routing exercise, I encountered challenges related to limited ceiling space and obstructions caused by beam heights, which required careful coordination to ensure proper airflow distribution without compromising structural integrity.
Despite these constraints, my proposed design meets the project's spatial design goals, as I reviewed it against the space schedule and confirmed that all requirements were met.
To enhance sustainability and reduce heating and cooling loads, I recommend incorporating window shades to minimize solar heat gain, using double-glass windows for better insulation, implementing insulated walls to improve thermal efficiency, and integrating a green roof to enhance insulation and reduce energy consumption.
