After mirroring the horizontal plumbing elements I encountered a few issues extending the hot water line to align with the sinks on the N side of the building (Revit was moving individual components as opposed to extending the system). Once I was able to rectify that and align components properly, everything else was very smooth and straightforward.

From a design perspective, I can easily envision how cumbersome it would be to layout plumbing systems once structural and mechanical elements have been placed (especially for buildings spanning multiple floors or functions).
