Your Design Journal entries this week should highlight your design thinking and process in modeling:

• your plumbing system elements

• your piping systems
• Female and male restrooms share same set of plumbing system while the ADA has its own plumbing system to avoid reduce the depth of sanitary pipes below the floor
• To avoid clashes with structure, HVAC systems, the offset below the floor for sanitary system is 4.5 feet while the cooling and heating water systems are set 6.5 and 5 feet above the floor, respectively.
• any special plumbing system challenges that you encountered and how you overcame them
• My initial design for mechanical rooms is not reasonable. My building has 10 floors with only one mechanical located on the fifth floor, leading to the difficulty in hiding plumbing pipelines.
