This week, my design process focused on modeling the plumbing system elements, which include toilets, urinals, and lavatories, all interconnected through a network of pipes. The piping system consists of hot and cold water supply lines as well as sanitary drainage, servicing all six levels on the same side of the building. One of the main challenges I encountered was efficiently delivering hot water from the topmost floor to the first floor without significant heat loss or delays. To overcome this, I explored options such as recirculating hot water loops and strategically placing water heaters or booster pumps to maintain consistent water temperature and pressure throughout the system.
