Potential improvement with energy efficient material/finish choices, replacing non-east/west walls to help with cooling, and adding solar panels. Rm 11 to be split in two for a mech room as well as the elevator. Potential skylights for diffused light and natural ventilation, as cooling will be an issue with the direct sunlight. Greenery in voids, 1st floor, for carbon return.
