I tried to maintain the open floor plan and collaborative atmosphere, reducing the number of columns and beams when possible. In retrospect, I would have used timber beams and columns to match the wood finishes inside. I followed very similar style as Glenn in the kickoff, creating beam systems that do not cross over atriums and floors (and other shafts).
