Structural Frame Generator and Evaluator

QuickFrame is a tool in Dynamo/Revit that allows structural engineers, architects, and other project members to quickly generate structural frame designs and output the estimated material cost, embodied carbon, material volume, usable floor area, beam deflection, and beam span-to-depth ratio associated with their designs. Users can adjust the material type as well as grid coordinates to customize the number of columns in the frame and how far apart they are spaced. The inputs and outputs can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet for easy display and analysis.
