Description
When creating this model my main focus was on functionality and simplicity as I am familiarizing myself with Revit. I started by outlining the basic wall plan, making sure the main entrance and living areas were easy to navigate. In one room, I included a piano and bench, which adds an element of leisure and something to fill the space with. The bedroom area needed to make sense, so I added the basics: a bed, toilet, and sink. When doing the exterior, I kept the design straightforward, focusing on the roof structure and window placement, while also ensuring the overall proportions were level. The final product is functional, minimalist and a house designed to meet living needs without overcomplicating the layout.
