My heating strategy was natural heat from the sun, via curtain walls. A drawback was reflected in cooling loads:

One challenge was incorporating natural ventilation for cooling- this would reduce the CFM requirement, especially for the circulation spaces which have a vertical cut across all levels. I did not solve this issue and instead placed a lot of air terminals and respective ducts and flexi-ducts (not rendered under mechanical discipline view) that go to separate air handlers for each area, as according to the Revit analyses. However, adding skylights/ factoring in operable windows and the openings for the main circulation areas would improve the current layout.
