Description
My design focuses on bringing the lounging/social aspect of being a student and the academically collaborative aspect together. I wanted to create an environment that encouraged interaction. I wanted to provide a lot of study rooms but also allow people to take breaks without having to leave the study room. With this goal in mind I saw myself creating study spaces with couches inside or a piano. Ultimately, I wanted to provide spaces that can be used for academics, but didn’t have an intimidating feel to them.
