Description
This is the design of a retail store. It has 8 rentable spaces with a total area of around 4800 SQFT. The largest spaces are on the ground floor on the left and right corners of the building. The two middle spaces on the ground floor a slightly smaller due to the stair accessibility. The building has two bathrooms on each floor located in the back of the staircase. There are also two large storage rooms on each floor. The roof is accessible by a staircase (an ADA elevator needs to be installed as well - possible location behind the staircase). There is a small restaurant on the roof level. There are 6 9’ by 18’ parking spots in the front of the building with 2 of them being disability parking spaces. The building manager’s office is located in the back of the building accessible by a sidewalk and a door. The office can also be used overnight as the sofa is going to be convertible.
