- I changed the walls to be brick as I thought the existing walls were a little colorless. I also feel as though brick is more inviting for an office building structure. It feels more natural. I also changed the bottom floor walls from Basic Wall Exterior - EIFS on Mtl. Stud pattern 2 to Exterior - EIFS on Mtl. Stud. I thought with the change to Brick, pattern 1 of the exterior wall was more fitting as it has a smoother texture.
