For this collaborative modeling exercise, I added stairway access to the rooftop, enclosed in glass to match the existing rooftop structures. I made this addition because I noticed that someone had previously added two large glass-enclosed spaces on the rooftop, which could serve as a café, social lounge, or even a rooftop garden or greenhouse. To support this potential use, I integrated a stairwell with a matching glass design, ensuring both aesthetic consistency and functional accessibility. Additionally, I reconfigured the third floor, partitioning it into conference rooms, boardrooms, and study spaces, while also incorporating a larger open lounge area with couches near the stairwell. This layout mirrors the second floor’s design, creating a cohesive flow throughout the building and reinforcing a sense of design continuity. These changes enhance both the practical usability and visual harmony of the space, making it more functional and inviting for future tenants.
