Features narrow floorplate, minimal east and west lengths while maximizing the north exposure and minimizing the south exposure. Roof slant facilitates rainwater capture or solar panels. The design incorporates flexible room layouts with movable furniture, allowing greater flexibility in how students can meet and inspire innovation/creativity by allowing students to customize their meeting spaces. Features a main exhibition hall has the ability to showcase a multitude of individual presentations, whether they be for job fairs, research expos, or student art. The exhibition hall can be reconfigured for high profile guest speakers, with space for catering in the adjacent rooms, all the while maintaining corridors for foot traffic and accessibility. ADA guidance was used to dimension corridors and place/size elevators.
