I decided to work on Option 3: Pay — Design a Small Retail Center. The template came with sheets with a 1/8” = 1’-0” scale, and this was unchanged.
The ground level camera and interior camera views were added to sheet A701 - 3D View. The interior camera view shows the building manager’s office and the accomodation room that could double as a place to stay overnight. The room includes a bed, a sofa, and multiple benches. This office can be found on the second floor. It is the only space that doesn’t have storefront curtain walls.
The roof restaurant includes a canopy made up of steel HSS sections. As you move to the back, there is a U-shaped bar. Behind the bar are the mandatory two restrooms and the storage space. This is the little shed on the image above. Next to the shed are the kitchen appliances necessary for a restaurant. These include, a kitchenette, a fryer, and an oven-microwave. There are lighting fixtures on the roof to make sure the restaurant space is adequately lit in the afternoon.
Lastly, each retail space has its own storage space. The two middle retail spaces on both levels have a larger storage space, and, therefore, would cost more to rent.
