A 2-story retail center located in the SF bay area designed to have the capacity to accommodate 6 retail stores each with the size of 40’ x 20’. A rooftop restaurant which includes indoor and outdoor patio offers the customers a delightful experience to relax, eat, and enjoy the beautiful view of the bay area. The retail center emphasizes sustainability, which can be demonstrated with the installation of solar PV units on the rooftop as well as plantings around the parameter. In additional to the retail store, 2 ADA accessible bathrooms are located on each floor, together with 2 storage rooms, also located on each level. A small office for the building manager is located at the back of the building. This office is outlined with curtain walls to provide the building manager a good view of the outside as well. 6 parking spots are located outside of the building including one ADA parking spot. The center aims to create a destination where shoppers can enjoy not only the variety of products but also the overall ambiance.
