When I first saw the option to do a retail store, I immediately went for it. Instead of making a lot of different stores, I decided to make a mega store instead with 3 large rooms and a rooftop bar. That way, I could influence those to make one trip to one store with food, rather than making multiple stops. I added a decent amount of shelving and three rooms to try on clothes. I added a lot of seating inside and outside to attract a large number of customers. Since it is such a large building, I decided to give the manager a full bed. I put two sets of bathrooms on every floor with a storage space.
