Description

Enter a brief paragraph (5 to 7 sentences) describing the features of your proposed design that you'd like to highlight here...

The floor plans for levels 1-5, 6-10, 11-15, and 16-21 are identical. So, there are technically 4 unique floor plans, plus the foundation. For the foundation, I used isolated footings with columns going down to them. The main lateral force resisting system is the frames on the exterior. However, there are also L-shaped concrete shear walls surrounding the stair openings. These walls are also load-bearing. They go from Level 21 all the way down to the foundation. The beams are offset 5 inches below the floor levels to account for the concrete slab and the metal deck.
