My model is a Mid-Century modern style vacation home on a hillside. The vacation home features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, with an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The double glass doors open to the balcony, where you can eat meals or relax outside. The first floor also has a sunroom that can be used as an office, quiet space, or guest bedding. All the bedrooms are located on the lower level, which makes the upper level ideal for hosting. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom as well as closet, with a storage closet in the lower level hallway.
