Each floor includes a dedicated storage space and a restroom, ensuring functionality for tenants and visitors alike. The second floor houses a cozy building manager’s office, complete with all necessary amenities. The rooftop is designed as an open-air restaurant and bar, with seating and tables spread across the rooftop for a relaxed, outdoor dining experience. The design specifically seeks to evoke a sense of openness, making the space feel unconfined and bright to make for a pleasurable shopping and dining experience.
