This is a wellness center, featuring a smoothie bar inside a public lounge, an athletic attire store, a crossfit gym/yoga studio on the first floor with a cafe on the second floor. The building is designed with a narrow floor plate with minimal east west windows to maximize energy savings, while utilizing winter sun with south facing windows. The building is designed with a walk-able roof to facilitate extra crossfit/yoga exercises alongside extra cafe seating. The crossfit gym features its own store where members can check in and buy gear, equipment, and gym swag, while the gym itself is left largely open to facilitate a wide variety of workouts and yoga routines. The nearby athletic attire store features a large selection of shoes for runners, alongside a wider selection of fitness gear for enthusiasts who seek to exercise at home or outside. The attire store also features a changing room that the nearby crossfit store shares. The smoothie bar features a wide variety of bowls and smoothies, perfect for an after workout snack. For those looking for a larger meal, the upstairs cafe takes full advantage of a modest kitchen to provide a wide selection of baked goods alongside salads, soups, and sandwiches.
