  • It’s better to use a previous model since it allows to add on and just be able to use a previous model that can help you keep tabs on the previous model design. This comes to be helpful when there is information of new things being added and it also can be used to see the previous design ranging from how the electrical systems are set up to how the plumbing in a building is set up. You can see how a building has been updated and improved over the years for better ideals of the model.

What sort of complexities are introduced when you construct a building complex in phases?

  • When there is more phases it becomes more complicated because there is many different components to be careful of. This can range from the walls being demolished to the walls being connected correctly in order to create good symmetry within walls. This can also range from the ideas of confusing the phases or adding new designs to old phases. in order to prevent this complexities it must be crucial to add new plans to the correct phases ranging from walls to furniture designs that are going to be added later on.
