Description
For my vacation house on Lake Tahoe I wanter to ensure the most amount of rooms had windows to enjoy the view of the lake. The main living space has the large curtain windows to make advantage of space. The three bedrooms also have large windows, but also small enough to cover with blinds for privacy. With the house being a vacation home in a place that has great weather I wanted to take advantage of outdoor patio/deck/balcony space without taking up livable square footage. The ramp down to the entrance allows space for cars to park and from there you can access the front door, the top floor deck, and stairs to reach the bottom floor. The large space off to the left of the house was created with the intention to park a boat (if the cement ramp went down to the water. That side of the house also allows access to the large storage room for ski gear and water gear.
