Description
My model is a 2-story retail center consisting of 5 shops on the first floor and a restaurant with a seating area on the second floor. Additionally, each floor is equipped with a storage room for each store. Each store has a plumbing fixtures. On the second floor also includes a small office with building manager. The center provides a small parking space (ADA parking included). The two floors are connected by a U stairs on the side of the building. For the main exterior Glass panels are mainly used, while interior uses 5” partition walls . The building stands on 10 20x20 columns on the exterior.
