Recommended settings for the Insight Factor tiles:
- increasing WWR on south side to 40% (30% is optimal)
- Reducing WWR on all other sides to below 30%
- Changing to double pane windoes loe on the south side
- Extending the window shades on the south side
- Adding 60% solar PV coverage
- Adding Daylight and occupancy controls
Mean EUI = 50.3
(These also seemed like the most applicable changes to my own design)
