Can you guarantee that the completed building will match the performance predicted by the analysis in its day-to-day operations?

No. A plan may not be able to keep up with changes. The 4D simulation can only give a rough estimation, or give a sight of how things will go on in the future.

When choosing settings for each of the building performance factors, should you always choose the setting that gives the absolute lowest predicted energy use?

Absolutely no. When choosing settings, the first concern should always be real situations.

How can you use Insight feedback to make design choices regarding materials, lighting, PV, etc.?

Given the Insight feedback, designers are able to see the future performance of different choices. Based on that, they can choose the option gives the best energy efficiency.
