This house is the perfect getaway for a small family or a group of close friends. The top floor contains the living, dining, and kitchen rooms as well as a spacious outdoor deck that can be used to eat meals, enjoy a nice cold drink, or just soak up the afternoon sun. The bottom floor is where you can escape to beat the heat as it is dug into the side of the landscape and boasts exposed concrete finishes. This is also a perfect space to read or take a nap. The bedrooms are split between the top floor and the bottom floor. The two downstairs bedrooms have glass walls to show off the lakeside view. There is also an office/guest room for any additional visitors or those that need to work from home. Lake life is all about enjoying the views and the time spent with those you love, with the ample windows and focus on shared spaces, this house fosters that exact sentiment.
