Description
This research station is designed for a small, close-knit team and emphasizes openness and collaboration. Large south-facing windows flood the interior with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout the day. The main space is an adaptable open-plan room that encourages interaction and teamwork. On one side, a meeting area equipped with a whiteboard and television allows team members to share findings and ideas. Opposite this, an eight-foot desk provides individual workstations for up to four people, balancing communal and focused work needs. The flexible layout can easily be reconfigured to accommodate additional desks or transformed into a welcoming setting for small gatherings or dinner events. The building also includes a fully code-compliant bathroom, ensuring both comfort and functionality.
