I created a research building that accommodates 3 researchers including a 8’ work bench for their disposal. I created a ADA compliant restroom with hallways being design for a 36” minimum per ADA codes. I put windows on the south end of the building to properly accommodate ventilation and heating. The roof has 10 solar panels in order to maintain self sufficiency regarding power. There i sone entrance and a separate white board discussion room in order to brain storm ideas. All door and pathways are ADA complaint. The building is just around 500 square feet with every subsequent room following the necessary area requirements given in the description.
