Description
I designed a retail center with six 766 sf retail spaces furnished with couches, cabinetry, and tables, for a total area of 4596 sf. Three are located on L1, three on L2, and L3 has a small 811 sf restaurant with ample light for diners and restaurant staff, kitchen space, and indoor dining tables. There is a 164 sf storage room attached to the restaurant on the south side. L3 also has a large space to gather with plenty of outdoor seating options. L2 has retail space for a coffee kiosk with a coffee machine and sink, enclosed by a countertop by the stairwell and two additional small tables for seating on the opposite side of the stairwell. There are two 54 sf restrooms on L1 and L2 and two 51 sf restrooms on L3, all with a toilet, sink, and mirror. There is one 66 sf manager’s office on L1, with a convertible sofa, a table, and chair. Each retail space has an associated 217 sf storage room, with an additional 104 sf storage room located by the manager’s office on L1. Finally, there are eight 9’x18’ parking spaces in front of the retail center, a landscaped toposolid area with six Japanese Maple trees, additional ground floor picnic tables, and a stairwell from L1 to L3.
