Description
My proposed design is a modern three-story retail center featuring six retail shops, each with its own storage room. The building includes three manager offices, three general storage rooms, and three bathrooms for convenience. On the third floor, a cozy restaurant with its own restroom and an expansive outdoor seating area offers a welcoming space for visitors to relax. The layout emphasizes functionality and flow, ensuring easy access between shops and shared facilities. Ample, comfortable parking spaces are provided to enhance accessibility and customer experience.
