I have gave this nice lake side home around 2400 square feet. It comes with 3 bedroom two bathroom, a storage closet a 2 car garage and a massive living room as well as a kitchen. There is also a quiet room for studying or a visitors bedroom.the second floor is a patio space allowing for scenic views. the walls consist of 8” thick concrete walls on the first floor and on the second floor it has wooden walls and roofing. I have included a front porch as well as a stair way to enter the second floor patio. This room can fit around a family of 4-6 depending how old the family is. I have used curtain glass walls to accommodate for great lighting
