Description
My extension of the engineering common maintained the original architectural style and color scheme, while also incorporating modern and innovative features. It has three floors, a rooftop terrace, and a separate second floor dining area. The first floor has new amenties like makerspace, showcase area, and small market and cafeteria. The second floor has different sized huddle rooms for group work, meetings, or hangout sessions. The extended outside dining area drew inspiration from pictures of innovative building design on Google. The third floor has a cafe and more lounge area with couches and seatings. To provide more options for the client, I’ve designed a pair of options for three areas: second floor huddle room layout, second floor exterior facade, and roof plan. The specific detail of each design options can be referenced in the Revit file.
